What we collect

Commission inquiries: your name, email address, destination country, optional postal code, the details of your idea, placement and size preferences, style preferences, budget range or quote request, desired timing, any notes you add, and any reference images you choose to upload.

Newsletter and waitlist: your name and email address, plus anything you write in the message field.

Orders: the name, contact, shipping, and payment details you enter at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, discuss your artwork, and fulfil and ship any order you place.

To send you the emails you asked for. Studio notes are only sent if you opted in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Reference images

Reference images are stored in private storage. They are not published, listed publicly, or shared, and are only viewed by the studio while working on your commission.

You can ask us to delete your references at any time by writing to admin@petalandblade.com.

Who else is involved

We use service providers to run the shop and studio: website and database hosting, our online store and payment processing, and an email delivery service for transactional emails. They process your information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records and reference images are kept while we work with you and afterwards for our own records, unless you ask us to delete them. Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@petalandblade.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

You can unsubscribe from studio notes at any time without affecting an active commission or order.
